This writ petition has been filed seeking the quashing of the effect and operation of the order dated 29.07.2025, passed by the respondent no.3, in Case No.112 of 2025, under section 3/4 of U.P. Control of Gunda Act, 1970. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that against the order dated 29.07.2025, the petitioner has filed an appeal before the Commissioner, Kanpur Nagar, Kanpur on 18.08.2025, which is pending. He further states that during the pendency of the appeal no order has been passed on the application for interim relief. 4.
