Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned A.G.A. for the State respondents. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report arising out of Case Crime No. 514 of 2025, under Sections 74, 78, 79, 131, 352 and 351(2) of BNS, Police Station Handia, District - Commissionrate Prayagraj and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that all alleged offences are punishable with imprisonment upto seven years, therefore the police authorities are bound to follow the procedure laid down under Section 35(3) BNSS (41-A Cr.P.C). It is further submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case and he could not
