The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 1.10.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 456 of 2025, under Sections 76, 351(2) BNS, Police Station - Tanda, District - Rampur. It is further prayed that respondent may be directed not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of aforesaid impugned First Information Report. 2.
