In this regard, the petitioner has moved an application before the Superintendent of Police, Kaushambi, dated 24.5.2025. 2. Learned AGA states that the application shall be decided expeditiously in accordance with law. 3. Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, we direct that the respondent no. 2, Superintendent of Police, Kaushambi, shall decide the application dated 24.5.2025 within a period of 2 weeks from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order. 4.
