The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to command the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of the quash the impugned First Information Report dated 08.04.2025, giving rise to Case Crime No. 0134 of 2025, under Section 303(2) of BNS, P.S. Link Road, District Ghaziabad. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He submits that from a plain reading of the impugned FIR, no offence is made out against the petitioner.
