This instant writ petition has been filed with a prayer to quash the instant First Information Report dated 11.09.2025 arising out of Case Crime No. 219 of 2025, under section 3/5A/8 Cow Slaughter Act and section 11 Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, Police Station Mail, District Deoria and direction not to arrest the petitioner with aforesaid case. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the instant FIR, nor there is any allegation of active participation or conspiracy regarding the alleged offence.
