This writ petition has been filed for quashing of the First Information Report dated 29.05.2025 giving rise to Case Crime No.0245 of 2025, under Sections 87, 137(2), 61(2), 352, 351(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station- Sarailakhansi, District- Mau. The petitioners have also prayed that they be not arrested in pursuance of the impugned FIR. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the petitioner nos.1 and 4 are adults and that they have married each other of their own freewill.
