This writ petition has been filed seeking the quashing of the First Information Report dated 03.09.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0176 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3), 74, 70(1), 127(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Surauli, District Deoria. 3. Upon being informed by learned AGA for the State that charge sheet has been submitted in the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that same may be dismissed as not pressed. 4.
