This writ petition has been filed seeking the quashing of the First Information Report dated 22.03.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0141 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 324(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Naini, District Prayagraj. 3. Upon being informed by learned AGA for the State that charge sheet has been submitted in the matter, learned counsel for the petitioners prays that present writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed. 4.
