This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution has been preferred by the petitioner seeking to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 18.08.2025, giving rise to Case Crime No. 365 of 2025, under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 308(2), 352, 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station Gorakhnath, District Gorakhpur and further seeking a direction to respondent nos. 2 and 3 not to arrest the petitioner pursuant to the impugned First Information Report. 2.
