The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 20.08.2025 registered as Case Crime No.581 of 2025, under Sections 137(2) of B.N.S., Police Station - Kankarkhera, District - Meerut and for a direction to the respondent nos.2 & 3 not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 2. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and learned AGA appearing on behalf of the State and perused the material on record. 3. Learned A.G.A. has placed the short counter affidavit before this Court during the course of arguments, which is taken on record. 4. It is submitted by learned AGA that after completion of investigation, final report has been submitted. In support of his contention, he has also referred paragraph no.8 of the short counter affidavit.
