This writ petition has been filed seeking the quashing of the effect and operation of the order dated 14.08.2025, passed by the District Magistrate, Auraiya in Case No.579 of 2025, Computerized Case No.D202503050000579 (Anku @ Atul Pratap Vs. State of U.P.), under section 3(1), U.P. Control of Gunda Act, 1970. 3. Learned A.G.A. has opposed the writ petition and has submitted that the petitioner has an efficacious alternative remedy of contesting Appeal before the competent Authority, He submits that the appeal shall be decided as expeditiously as possible. 4.
