This writ petition has been filed seeking the quashing of the First Information Report dated 24.04.2025 registered as Case Crime No.68 of 2025, under Sections 281, 125(b) of BNS, Police Station Bharatkoop, District Chitrakoot. 3. Upon being informed by learned AGA for the State that charge sheet has been submitted in the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to avail such remedy as might be available under the law. 4.
