Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing/commanding the respondent authorities after lodging the first information report to take legal action against the accused persons. III. Issue any other order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and to meet the ends of justice. IV.
