This writ petition has been filed for quashing of the First Information Report dated 3.8.2025 giving rise to case crime no. 371 of 2025, under Sections 333, 115(2), 351(3), 352, 118(1), 117(2) of B.N.S., Police Station Jhinjhana, District Shamli. The petitioners have also prayed that they be not arrested in pursuance of the impugned FIR. 3. When FIR was lodged by the first informant/respondent no.3/Sushil Kumar against the petitioners then instant writ petition was filed by the accused-petitioners. During the argument in this Court in the writ petition, a supplementary affidavit was filed and the compromise, which had been entered into between the parties, was brought to the knowledge of the Court.
