The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 27.06.2025 registered as Case Crime No.1514 of 2022, under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Vijay Nagar, District Ghaziabad and for a direction to the respondent s not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 2. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Sri Ashish Srivastava, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.4 as well as learned AGA appearing on behalf of the State and perused the material on record. 3. Learned A.G.A. appearing on behalf of State submitted that in instant matter charge sheet has been filed on 09.08.2025 and cognizance has also been taken by the Court concerned. He has also stated the said fac
