The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioners with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 03.08.2025, registered as Case Crime No. 150 of 2025, under Sections 85, 115(2), 74, 351(2) of BNS and section 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Dehligate, District Meerut and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3.
