The instant writ petition has been filed by petitioner seeking for the following relief:- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in. the nature of mandamus directing the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to investigate the Case Crime No. 0051 of 2025 under section 305 (a) of B.N.S, Police Station Cantt, District Prayagraj properly and arrest the accused persons and get recovered the stolen items.
