The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer for direction to respondent no. 2 to direct the respondent No. 3 to investigate the matter fairly within stipulated time in connection with Case Crime No. 0026 of 2023 under Section 302 IPC, Police Station Iradat Nagar, District Agra. 2. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, Mr. S.K. Ojha, learned A.G.A. appearing on behalf of the State and perused the material available on record. 3. In pursuance of the order dated 16.09.2025 passed by coordinate bench of this Court, learned A.G.A. for the State has filed the supplementary counter affidavit before this court, which is taken on record. 4. As per supplementary counter affidavit para-4, it has been informed that investigation has been completed and final report has been filed on 26.09.2025. 5. At this juncture, learned counsel f
