The instant petition has been filed for quashing the impugned F.I.R. dated 15.07.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 0245 of 2025, under Section 87 B.N.S., Police Station - Sungari, District - Pilibhit. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that final report has been submitted in the instant matter on 23.08.2025 and petitioners have been exonerated from the charge sheet. 3. Learned A.G.A. appearing on behalf of State has not disputed the aforesaid facts and has placed the short counter affidavit for perusal of the court, which is taken on record.
