The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following relief:- " (i) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent authority not to harass/arrest to the petitioner in which the petitioner is not named in F.I.R in Case Crime No. 0276 of 2025 Under Section 127(2), 109, 352, 351(3) and 324(4) BNSS Police Station Baberu, District Banda." 2. Heard Sri Pramod Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Sri Brijesh Kumar Verma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.3 and learned AGA appearing on behalf of the State. 3. Sri Pramod Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that in the instant matter, investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has a
