The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for the following reliefs:- "I. Issue, a writ or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding to direct respondent no.2 and 3 to produce the progress report and make sure the fare investigation in pursuance of the First Information Report dated 19.05.2025, in Case Crime No. 0132 of 2025, Under Section 191(2), 190, 103(2), 76, 351(3) B.N.S 2023, P.S Shahpur, District Muzaffar Nagar, and it is further to Change the I.O and to investigate under the supervision of S.S.P." 2. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned AGA appearing on behalf of the State and perused the material on record. 3. After some length of argument, learned A.G.A. submitted that in instant matter charge sheet has already been filed on 29.08.2025 and cognizance has also been taken on 23.09.2025
