The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 11.06.2025, giving rise to the Case Crime No. 262 of 2025, under section 69 of BNS, 2023, Police Station Saraimeer, District Azamgarh. 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. He has not committed any crime with the daughter of respondent no. 3.
