The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 04.07.2025 registered as Case Crime No. 158 of 2025, under section 69 B.N.S., Police Station- Kotwali Dehat, District-Banda and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 2. Heard Sri Pramod Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned AGA appearing on behalf of the State. 3. Sri Pramod Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that in the instant matter, investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has already been filed on 28.07.2025. He further prayed that writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail other remedy available to him under law.
