The instant writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution has been preferred by the petitioner seeking a direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to conduct fair investigation in Case Crime No. 0076 of 2025, under Section 110, 115(2), 118(1), 352, 351(2), 75 B.N.S., Police Station Hastinapur, District Meerut. 2. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Ashish Tyagi, Advocate appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 4 and 5 and Mr. Rizwan Ahmad, learned A.G.A. appearing on behalf of the State and perused the material available on record. 3. After some length of arguments, learned A.G.A. appearing on behalf of the State apprised the Court that the investigation has been completed and after completion of the investigation a charge-sheet has also been submitted in Court on 29.08.2025 against respon
