The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the First Information Report dated 06.06.2025, giving rise to Case Crime No. 0267 of 2025, under Sections 3,5,8 Cow Slaughter Act and section 11 Animal Cruelty Act, Police Station Naini, District Yamunanagar. 2. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S.K. Ojha, learned A.G.A. appearing on behalf of the State and perused the material available on record. 3.
