The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioners for quashing the First Information Report dated 26.06.2025, giving rise to Case Crime No. 145 of 2025, under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 352, 351(3) and 61(2) of BNS, Police Station Bhatni, District Deoria. 2.
