The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioners for quashing the First Information Report dated 25.11.2024 registered as Case Crime No. 520 of 2024, under Sections 376, 504, 506, 120B IPC, Police Station Rudrapur, District Deoria. 2. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and Mr. S.K.
