The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the First Information Report dated 12.12.2024, giving rise to Case Crime No. 206 of 2024, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B IPC, Police Station Sakaldeeha, District Chandauli. 2. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S.K. Ojha, learned A.G.A. appearing on behalf of the State and perused the material available on record. 3. After some length of arguments, learned A.G.A. appearing on behalf of the State informs the Court that the investigation has been completed and charge-sheet has also been filed against the accused persons on 23.07.2025. 4. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted and prayed that the instant writ petition may be disposed of in the light of the statement given by the learned A.G.A. with liberty to the petition
