The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the First Information Report dated 09.09.2025, giving rise to Case Crime No. 532 of 2015, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., Police Station Cantt., District Varanasi. 2. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S.K. Ojha, learned A.G.A. appearing on behalf of the State and perused the material available on record. 3. After some length of arguments, learned A.G.A. appearing on behalf of the State informs the Court that the investigation has been completed and charge-sheet has also been filed against the accused persons including the petitioner on 14.06.2025. In support of his contention, he has drawn the attention of the Court to the averments made in paragraph no. 3 of the short counter affidavit, filed o
