The present third bail application has been filed by the applicant in case crime No. 730 of 2022, under Sections 363, 302, 201/34, 364 IPC, police station Etmaddaula, District Agra with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. The first and second bail applications of applicant were dismissed by this Court vide orders dated 01.05.2023 and 19.04.2024. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submits that prayer for bail is not being pressed and that applicant is in Jail since 24.10.2022 and that a direction may be made to the trial court to expedite the trial and to conclude the same within a specific time frame. 4.
