Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned counsel for the informant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material brought on record. 2. The present third bail application has been filed by the applicant in case crime No. 730 of 2022, under Sections 363, 302, 201/34, 364 IPC, police station Etmaddaula, District Agra with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. The first and second bail applications of applicant were dismissed by this Court vide orders dated 01.05.2023 and 19.04.2024. 3.
