Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that in the F.I.R. as well as in her statement the informant who is the mother of the victim has alleged that when her minor daughter aged about 14 years was sleeping in the midnight in her home the applicant reached there and started flirting with her. In the F.I.R. there is no allegation of rape.
