This is the second bail application under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. filed by the applicant Avnish, seeking enlargement on bail during trial in connection with Case Crime No.293 of 2022, under Sections 498A, 302, 201 IPC and 3/4 D.P. Act, registered at P.S. Makkhanpur, District- Firozabad. 4. The first bail application of the applicant being Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 33139 of 2023 was rejected by this Court vide order dated 28.7.2023. 5.
