It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that as per the certificate issued by Chief Medical Officer, Basti, the victim is aged about 18 years. He further submits that the victim has solemnised marriage with the applicant and their marriage has also been registered, copy of marriage registration certificate, is annexed as Annexure-13 to the affidavit accompanying the bail application.
