By means of the instant bail application, the applicant, Sarfaraz Khan, is seeking bail in Case Crime No. 415 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 87, 64 of B.N.S. and Section 5/6 of Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, Police Station Dhoomanganj, District Prayagraj. 3. The applicant is the sole accused who is named in the F.I.R. The F.I.R. alleges that the applicant enticed away the minor daughter of the informant aged about 16 years. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that when the victim was recovered her statements under Section 180 & 183 B.N.S.S. were recorded in which she has not made any allegation of rape against
