Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant is the sole accused who is named in the F.I.R. In the F.I.R. the informant alleges that her daughter aged about one and half year had gone to Aanganbadi for her studies and after leave the applicant scratched on her private part, on her screams the teacher of Aanganbadi and informant's mother-in-law reached there and tried to catch the applicant but he fled away by hurling abuses and extending threats.
