Act, Police Station Nehtaur, District Bijnor during the pendency of the trial before the court below. The bail application of the applicant before the Court below was rejected by the learned Sessions Judge, Bijnor vide order dated 17.10.2023 and the applicant has been incarcerated in jail since 10.07.2023. 3.
