By means of the instant bail application, the applicant, Monu alias Pushpendra, is seeking bail in Case Crime No. 263 of 2024, under Sections 64, 352, 351(3) of B.N.S. and Section 67A of I.T. Act, Police Station Makkhanpur, District Firozabad. 3. The applicant is named in the F.I.R.
