Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.55 of 2020, under Sections 302, 201 I.P.C., Police Station-Tahrauli, District-Jhansi, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. There is no eye witness of the incident. The applicant has nothing to do with the said offence. There is no criminal history of the applicant. The applicant is languishing in jail since 24.04.2020, as such, she is incarcerated for about five years and six months and she is ready to cooperate with trial.
