Inspite of service of notice, none appears for the informant, despite revision of list. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that the victim had gone with the applicant out of her own free will and consent. He further submits that the victim in her statement recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S., she has specifically stated that she has gone with the applicant and has solemnised marriage. He further submits that accordintg to the F.I.R., as well as medical report, the victim is aged about 17
