Heard Sri Byas Kumar Prasad, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 41 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 191(2), 140(1), 61(2) and 3(5) of BNS, Police Station - Shiwala Kala, District - Bijnor, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Mani and Vinit, have already been enlarged on bail by coordinate Bench and also by this Court vide orders dated 27.08.2025 and 13.10.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application Nos. 25266 of 2025 and 28687 of 2025, respectively. It is further submitted that since the case of the applicant is at par to the co-accused, who has already been enlarged on bail, she is also entitled to be enlarged on bail on the ground of parity. 5.
