Heard Sri Pradeep Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and also perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 364 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 351(3), 352, 110, 103(1), 3(5) of BNS, Police Station - Kotwali, District - Maharajganj, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, on 08.07.2025 at about 08:00 PM, the applicant along with five other co-accused persons is stated to have assaulted and caused grievous injuries to informant's father, leading him to death whereby two brothers of the informant rushed to save him were also beaten by them. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present ca
