Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is named in the F.I.R. with the allegation that on 18.08.2021 she had lodged an F.I.R. under Section 67 of I.T. Act, in pursuance of which the applicant called her on 0.12.2021 and took her room and after serving her intoxicated coffee he committed her rape and also made video clip and photographs of the alleged incident, thereafter by blackmailing her on the threats of such video clip and photographs to viral he committed her rape forcibly several times. On 10.04.2025 he again called the victim by assuring her that he will delete such video clip and photographs and took her a hotel where after serving her
