Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The F.I.R. was lodged in unknown. Similarly situated one accused, Sanju, against whom there is allegation of rape committed upon the victim, as has been made upon the applicant, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 27.10.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 36715 of 2025, therefore, applicant may also be enlarged on bail. Several other submissions in order to demonstrate the falsity of the allegations made against the applicant have also been placed before the Court.
