Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 171 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 351(3), 103(1), 61(2)(ka), 3(5) of BNS, Police Station - Pipari, District - Kaushambi, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. He is not named in the FIR. His name has been subsequently introduced by the informant in his statement recorded u/s 180 BNSS. 5.
