Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.0103 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 103(1), 109(1), 115(2), 333, 3(5) B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Mirapur, District Muzaffar Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have hit the deceased person with a sharp edged weapon on 25.05.2025 at about 10:00 p.m. 5.
