By means of this bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 525 of 2024 at Police Station Sasni Gate, District Aligarh under Section 191(2), 191(3), 190, 333, 109, 115(2), 352, 125, 103(1) of BNS. The applicant is in jail since 05.09.2024. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court on 03.06.2025. The trial is on foot. At this stage, no fresh ground for bail is made out. Without going into the merits of the case, the bail application is dismissed. Since the trial court has already been directed to expedite the trial and to realize the intent of Section 309 Cr.P.C. in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 16267 of 2025 by order dated 03.06.2025, no further directions need to be issued.
