Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.0278 of 2025, under Section 103(1) B.N.S. and 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station Jahanaganj, District Azamgarh, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the FIR was instituted on the suspicion that the applicant in collusion with two other co-accused persons has committed the murder of son of informant by some sharp edged weapon on 07.09.2025 at about 7:19 p.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
