As per prosecution story, the FIR was instituted on the suspicion that the applicant in collusion with two other co-accused persons has committed the murder of son of informant by some sharp edged weapon on 07.09.2025 at about 7:19 p.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
