Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant is the husband and has been falsely implicated in the present case owing to his relation with the deceased person. His wife has been put to death by some unknown person. There is no criminal history of the applicant. The applicant is in jail since 02.12.2024 and he is ready to cooperate with trial.
