Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.06 of 2025, under Sections 191(2) and 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station G.R.P. Baraut, District Baghpat, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant alongwith four named accused persons and some unknown persons is stated to have assaulted and caused grievous injuries to the brother-in-law of the informant Deepak Yadav with some pointed weapon while he was travelling in a train on 20.06.2025 at about 9:50 p.m. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
